Further Photos from Epstein's Property Made Public by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Property blueprints for the financier's personal tropical island featured within the released materials.

Additionally featured in this new photograph release is shown to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.

The financier bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

These photos indicate he had drawn up development schemes to build upon the substantial island by building homes, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.

Visible on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the region, marked on the bottom right.

The site plan is annotated in notations in red and contains a legend labelling distinct areas of the estate.

In addition to the main plan are what look to be an additional nine site drawings and engineering blueprints, featuring layouts for marina coverings.

More materials released as part of the current investigative disclosure.
